Empleyadong Di Lumagda sa Letter of Support kay Luciano, Hina-harass?

NAGKALAT
sa facebook at sa mga ipinapadalang komentaryo sa aking e-mail address ang ibat-ibang
reaksyon sa di umano ay pangha-harass ng top management sa mga subordinates
nilang ayaw pumirma sa Letter of Support para ma-retain sa Clark International
Airport Corporation (CIAC) si Victor Jose Luciano sa puwesto bilang pangulo.
Ang
reaksyon nila ay batay sa isang open page sa journal ng isang nagngangalang
Marie Tessie Beth T. Cordova, manager ng CIAC HRD. Ito ay tungkol sa ginawa di
umanong pagpapapirma. Tumawag pa raw ang top management sa telepono para lamang
papirmahin siya sa Letter of Support Ang sabi daw ni Luciano, “This is
management”. Eh ang HRD naman pala ay kailangan at dapat na maging neutral sa
mga usapin ng mga opisyal at empleyado kaya laban sa kalooban niya ang pumirma.
Si Ms. Cordova ay hindi lumagda sa “Letter of Support”. Kaya ngayon daw ang
kanyang trabaho ay at stake dahil sa hindi niya sinunod ang kagustuhan ni
Luciano na suportahan ang kanyang pananatili sa puwesto.
Hindi
muna ako magkokomentaryo sa paksang ito. Basahin na lang natin ang mga opinion

This kind of practice is not good for the employees concerned is divisive, and

for your concern. It has touched me very deeply to know that there are people
like you who feel what I'm feeling. (Tinanong ko kasi kung gusto niyang
ipadiario.)
My sentiment has been
brought to the CIAC Board who assigned a committee to look into the matter.
Respecting the authority of the Board, I will have to wait and rely on their
process first.
I just implore for your prayers that i may withstand all the trials and
difficulties that come along as we pursue the search for the truth and
integrity in the organization.
