name because we really serve only fresh and delicious stuffs at our place,”
said Maureen in an interview at their Italian restaurant at the Courtyard in
Barangay Balibago, here.
Maureen disclosed
that Chef Erwin Eusebio handles their recipe. He is connected with famous Metro
Manila-based Italian restaurant such as Café Puccini at the Fort in and Dolci
Di Vino in Ortigas.
Some of their
best sellers are Quatro Sapori pizza, Sfacciato calzone, Pasta aglio olio
gamberetti,Beef carpaccio, Antipasto al
italiana and Quattro stagioni.
Theresa said the
other good thing about their place is that prices are truly affordable. She
added that it’s open daily until 2:00 in the morning.
