RUFFA Gutierrez will be leaving ABS in favor of TV5. During her weekly Sunday talk show "The Buzz", she walked out of the show because of Kris Aquino's "tactlessness".

Kris was so mean last Sunday during the show’s POV (Points, Opinions, and Violent Reactions) segment, not just with her words but with her actions.

Upon reaching the station, she snubbed Ruffa and greeted Boy Abunda with, “I really missed you Boy!”, saying nothing when Ruffa asked, “Ako, hindi mo namiss?”

What made Ruffa cry was when Kris said, “Ruffa, aminin mo na ibang level ang saya dito!” The host/actress was obviously referring to the plans of Ruffa to move out of ABS. Then Ruffa replied, "Well, I know, you don't have to rub it in. I'm sad din, huwag mo naman, sana, you know, dagdagan pa."

At the same incident, Ruffa stood up during the commercial gap. She left crying, without saying goodbye.

At the very same moment, Annabelle Rama came to the rescue. She was interviewed via phone patch by GMA. The first question thrown at Annabelle was, where was Ruffa on that very hour?

Annabelle replied, "Pinauwai ko na siya. Alam niyo na ang reason ko diyan kung bakit pinull out ko diyan si Ruffa sa The Buzz. Dahil hindi ko na ma-take na every Sunday ay binabara siya ni Kris Aquino. Sabi ko sa kanya bakit hindi siya lumaban? Sino ba si Kris Aquino?

"Alam ninyo, hindi maganda ang ginagawa ni Kris kay Ruffa. Hindi pa nga nananalo ang kapatid niyang si Noynoy, ang yabang-yabang na niya. Kawawa ang mga artista. Paano na lang ang mga maliliit na artista, e, di mas lalu silang kawawa? Evey Sunday binabara ni Kris si Ruffa. Bakit, naiinggit ba siya?

"Naiinggit siya kay Ruffa!

"Kaya sana huwag ninyong iboto si Noynoy, dahil hindi pa nga nananalo, e, ang yabang yabang na ng kapatid niya.

"Bago pa man siya nagbalak na umalis sa ABS, nagpaalam na ako kina Cory Vidanes, Charo Santos, Linggit Tan, na i-pull out ko na si Ruffa sa 'The Buzz'. I did not tell them the reason. Pero ngayong nangyari yan, I have to tell the taong bayan. Kaya ko pinull out si Ruffa sa The Buzz, dahil sa pambabara sa kanya ni Kris, hindi ko na ma-take!

"Biro mo kinukuha niya si Ruffa sa mga kampanya ni Noynoy para kumanta. Walang bayad. Wala rin akong komisyon. Pakikisama lang. Sana naman makisama din siya. Tapos aapi-apihin lang niya?

On the other hand, Ruffa is slated to start her new talkshow on TV5 with Cristy Fermin and Mo Twister.

Speaking of Kris Aquino, here are her statements:

"I would like to extend a loving hug to Ruffa. I viewed the tape and although I still feel I gave my comment with affection, maybe it made her feel even worse because she's now moving in a new direction. We had what I believed was a good working relationship in the almost two years we were together on The Buzz.

"I can also understand that Ruffa's mom dislikes Noynoy and my family, maybe because of association and our vocal proclamation of admiration for Dingdong (Dantes, who is Richard Gutierrez's rival in GMA) and his selfless contribution to help Noy's presidential bid. It is with Ruffa that I enjoyed a healthy working relationship and I only have good words to say about her.

"To Ruffa, I sincerely apologize for causing you hurt. My brother Noynoy would like to add that we live in democracy - one where we're very free to make our own choice for president.

"As a woman and as Ruffa's mom, and lola of Lorin and Venice, I respect you Tita Annabelle and on behalf of our family, I apologize for the distress we caused yours. Hindi po ako mayabang kaya nagpapakumbaba ako ngayon.

"On a last note, I promised Noy that if he does win, and I'm a cause of distress for him and his presidency, I'll gladly take my two boys to live anywhere there is TFC (The Filipino Channel) so that I can continue to work but with our overseas Filipino brothers and sisters. Of course Noy said, dinner daw yun -- hindi teleserye ko".
